DDD — Do, Delegate, Delete

Personal efficiency. Every incoming item gets exactly one verb. There is no fourth bucket. Later is not a verb.

  • Do — act now, especially if it takes under two minutes or only you can do it.
  • Delegate — hand it off with the goal, the deadline, and a checklist. Never a bare “handle this.”
  • Delete — if it serves no goal in marketing, operations, or finance.

Inbox zero. If you cannot manage your own queue, you cannot manage a team. Declaring yourself CEO when you are the only employee does not make you a CEO. If you go on vacation for a month and the business stops, you are the business. AI agents can take work, but only after you can triage.

Dylan Haugen, a specialist in public, walked through the triangle on his own channel. That is LDT happening to DDD. Level 1 of the mastery series is Personal Organization.
