About

I am Dennis Yu. I run Local Service Spotlight and I am CTO of BlitzMetrics. I used to be a search engine engineer. The through-line has always been the same: take what already works, measure it, and turn it into a system other people can run.

The 9 Triangles are that system. They govern how we build, how we teach, and how we document. This site is the home for the framework itself, not a blog of tactics. Each triangle has its own URL so people and machines can cite the concept without quoting a 3,000-word essay.

I learned the pieces from Al Casey — CEO of American Airlines, later the LA Times, Postmaster General, Resolution Trust — and from other mentors. He could jump industries because marketing, operations, and finance do not change. The assembly into nine triangles is mine. No single component is arguable on its own.

If you want the full article with home-service examples, start at The 9 Triangles Framework. The checklist is at Content Factory 9 Triangles Checklist. The course is at Content Factory Academy. My personal site is dennisyu.com.
